All That Glitters – The Standout Sequin Skirt From Shein
I often tell myself that I’m done shopping at Shein—especially since I already own so many of their pieces. Despite my loyalty, I’ve never been able to secure a collaboration

Hey my loves, long time no post. I’ve been a bit vacant on here. Particularly where fashion is concerned. That’s mainly because your girl has been a lot more active on YOUTUBE. (Go ME!)
Could this be my most favourite look to date? This may sound like quite a massive statement but this is a look that I honestly feel I nailed. If you consider the fact that I was going to team this gorgeous dress with yellow shoes and accessories to begin with; then half-way deciding to switch it up with orange and just like that an epic colour combo was created.
Even though I shot this dress after a fair few others, I have had to blog it before them, Just because, look at this dress! The colours are EVERYTHING. When it came to accessorising this look I had the option of choosing various different colours and had originally opted for a canary yellow. However, red then stood out to me and I am so happy that I made the switch because the finished look was just what I imagined and more.
I hadn’t heard of this brand before they reached out to me for a collaboration. But I can honestly say that I was missing out as I have never worn a pair of jeans so comfortable; and I mean NEVER! I practically shot this look then returned home and wore it at home too. That’s the kind of comfortable I am referring to.
I’ve never ever purchased an orange blazer before. In fact; I don’t really own much orange clothing. But there is something really amazing about this orange blazer. I have your typical black and blue blazers, I also own yellow and green blazers, but nothing beats my new fave. I had already planned my all white ensemble and knew that the blazer would make it a LOOK. But, I honestly was not ready for this.
It feels really good to be back on the blog and sharing a fashion post. I have been quite active with content I shot at home on my INSTAGRAM but I haven’t been out shooting looks for a while. They’re have been many reasons behind this. The main one has been I haven’t really wanted to. I don’t like the pressure of having to shoot and I like to go, on a whim; when I want to. I had already planned weeks in advance that when I shot again, I would be shooting a few blazer suits I picked up from Shein. So yesterday, when the weather allowed some periods of sunshine (between the sporadic droplets of rain) Syianne (my mum) and I went out to my usual location and shot some really nice images.
Whether you celebrate the international LOVE day or not, whether you’re loved up in a relationship, celebrating Galentine’s instead or just using it as an excuse to have an ultimate pamper day and celebrate self-care. It’s also the perfect excuse to dress up and slay! I’ve not got any plans as such, but for those of you who do; I thought that the fashionista in me would step in and choose some of my favourite outfits just in case you need to do some last minute outfit shopping….. check out my top picks from some of my fast fashion favourites.
Can you tell that I have become quite obsessed with Shein? The truth is, can you honestly blame me? This dress is everything. Starting off with the colour, if you have a tanned or darker complexion, this colour and any shade of green will do you justice! It highlights and extenuates your best features. The cut out middle of the dress made it sexy but the ruffled part in the middle also helped to take your eyes away from the middle aged spread because I have that now!
When I put this look together my mum (AKA my personal everyday photographer) didn’t like the look. When we shot it, she soon changed her tune though! This year so far, I have tried my best to remain consistent and to post looks as regularly as I can and I’m pretty proud of the consistency so far. I am also pretty proud of the bold and standout looks I am putting together also. This look is actually my favourite.
